Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ideogram Vector (the "Service"), an online tool that turns text prompts and images into SVG vector files. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Ideogram Vector is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ideogram. Ideogram is a trademark of its owner.

Your Account

You need an account with a verified email address to generate vectors. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

How the Service Works

Text to Vector sends your prompt, and any reference images you add, to Ideogram's text-to-vector model, which returns SVG files. Image to Vector sends the image you upload to Ideogram's image-to-vector model. These models are run for us by fal.ai. Results depend on the models and may not always match your intent.

Credits, Plans and Payments

• Each generation spends credits as shown on the pricing page. Credits are charged when a generation starts and refunded automatically if it fails.
• New accounts receive a one-time free credit bonus. It has no cash value.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Subscription credits are granted every month and expire at the end of each monthly cycle.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits do not expire while your account is open.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars before any applicable taxes.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing page; it stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Because credits are delivered instantly, payments are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
• If a payment is refunded, the unused credits it granted are taken back. Refunding the current period of a subscription also stops that period's remaining monthly credits.

Your Content

You keep any rights you have in the prompts and images you submit. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service.

Subject to these Terms and the usage policies of the model providers, you may use the vectors you generate for personal and commercial purposes. AI-generated output may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar output may be generated for other users. Before using a design as a logo or trademark, check that it does not conflict with existing rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Generate content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, hateful, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others
• Imitate real brands or people in a way that could mislead
• Interfere with the Service, bypass credit limits or access it with automated tools without permission

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features, models or prices. Price changes do not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. Unused credits are lost when an account is deleted.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we will tell you by email or on the website before they take effect.
